Vendor Scores

Vendor Assessment facilitates the annual data refresh by allowing vendors to review and update their information. Although the module can be used as a stand-alone tool, it integrates seamlessly with other CMS modules. Vendor ratings and other information are automatically incorporated in other elements of business continuity planning.

In order to make evaluation objective, a scoring methodology is applied separately but to both the legally relevant section of the questionnaire and the high relevance higher performance section of the vendor questionnaire. The basic approach suggested is contained below.

VendorRate scores help IT departments make better vendor selections based on feedback from existing customers,the playing field between large and small vendors is leveled because the experiences of many customers provide a more reliable source of information than vendor brand positioning.

Score card calculates & shows side-by-side comparisons and weighted scoring by question. Two scored summaries are also provided to show summarized weighted totals. Management summary with visual charts are included.
