Vendor Risk Questionnaire

Although the module can be used as a stand-alone tool, it integrates seamlessly with other CMS modules. Vendor ratings and other information are automatically incorporated in other elements of business continuity planning.

SurveyAnalytics's Vendor Risk Questionnaire provides Questionnaires to assess the security controls in place at the outside vendor to safeguard data entrusted to the vendor.

We include Vendor Pre-Assessment Questionnair and Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnair. Vendor Pre-Assessment Questionnair is used by vendor Relation Manager for assesment while Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnair involves Risk Assesment.

The completed questionnaire will identify the Vendor's(product.s) risk factors. You can use the results from the completed questionnaire as guidelines.
