Service Provider Assessment

Service Provider Assessment looked at how people working at service management and coordination level organize their work, what guidelines they use, training they give to service providers, and the needs they identify to be able to function optimally. The care and support service assessment also looked at the service provider level, giving us a picture of what they do and what they need to function well.

The service provider has a procedure for assessing potential risks involved in making choices and staff, individuals supported, family members and others are trained in this process.

SurveyAnalytics's helps providers to identify the greatest challenges and unmet needs that seniors face living in their community. In addition, the service providers were requested to identify the two greatest challenges they face in delivering services to seniors.
