1. Click on the 'New Data Filter' button.

2. Enter the name for the filter.
3. Now set the value in the Survey Status drop down. By default it is set to ‘All’.

Segment the Data based on Responses To the Survey options:
1. Choose the question you want to Filter/Select on.
2. Then choose the one of the operators for the answer
3. Then choose the answer for the selection criteria
4. Click on Finish button to save the Data Segment

Then choose the answer for the selection criteria
Click on Add Additional Criteria link, now to add another filter DO NOT CLICK THE FINISH BUTTON yet
Now again select another question, choose the operator and then choose the answer option. Select the AND / OR logic for the filter and click on Add Additional Criteria link
Similarly you can add up to 5 filters. After adding the filters now you can click the Finish button to save the Data Segment.
Multiple Criteria Joins - After adding the first filter you can specify "AND" / "OR" criteria for the next filters. For more information please see Additional References below.
Currently you can have maximum 10 Segments at a time. If you need more Segments you can delete the created ones that are not required and create new Data Segments. Deleting the Data Segments does not affect the data in any way.

NO! You can create the Segments anytime during your data collection. It is independent of the data-collection process.
Yes! - The TURF and Conjoint modules are integrated with the Segmentation Analysis.
This might happen if the page is cached on your browser. Please refresh the "Data Segmenation" page after you have created the segments. Make sure that you set correct operator for the segment ( Equals/ Greater than/ Less than etc.). All the matched responses are included in the segment.

To View the Segments as part of the Excel Download - Request the Excel Report :
