Data collected and warehoused at SurveyAnalytics may be stored online or offline for purposes of data collection and analysis. In the future, the range of analytical services offered by SurveyAnalytics. We encourage you to download your data at least weekly so that you have a copy of your data on your machine.

The CSV data export facility is found in the Survey Data Analysis page of the builder (just click on the blue "Analyze Data" tab on the main builder menu).

The "Export Data File" option will e-mail the data file directly to you as the registered owner of the survey or allow you to open the file directly into your computers EXCEL program.

Because generation of a data file is a server intensive application requiring considerable run time (especially for large data sets), downloads are scheduled by the system and may take several hours before they are run, sent out and delivered.
