How can I download Reports with Charts and Analysis in MS Office (Excel | Word | PowerPoint) format?

- Login » Surveys » Reports » Export Data » Charts & Analytics Export

Following file formats are available:
- PowerPoint (.ppt)
- Word (.doc)
- Excel (.xls)
How to generate a PowerPoint Report? What are the different options available?
- From the Output Format drop menu select the PowerPoint (.ppt) option.
- You can choose a template from the Template drop menu.
- Select the check box for Include Open-Ended Text Data to include text responses.
- You can select from the Time or Response Status data filters.
- Click on the Download button to generate the file.

How to generate a MS Word Report for the Survey?
- From the Output Format drop menu select the Word (.doc) option.
- Select the check box for Include Open-Ended Text Data to include text responses.
- You can select from the Time or Response Status data filters.
- Click on the Download button to generate the file.

How can I access the Generated Report?
The report once generated is automatically emailed to the Account Email address. You can also access/download the generated report(s) from the Download Center.
NOTE: Currently only the Default Reporting format is available. We will provide the option for selecting Graph/Chart types in our future upgrades.
