Deleted question branch reference
This usually happens when the "target" question in a Branched survey is deleted AFTER setting up the branching logic.
To fix this error simple load the Branching logic page for the question under consideration and click on "Update Branching Information" -- This will remove all old "invalid references" and fix the problem.
