How can I add heading for answer options?

Step I: First add the question with the question text and the answer option text. Answer option heading will be added in the next steps.

Step II: Click on the Settings link for the Question.

Step III: Add appropriate headings for the answer options and save.

Headings for answer options are available only for Multiple Choice type questions.
