Import Data for Profiling Surveys - How to? - Community

To import data for profiling surveys, go to:

Communities >> Members >> Add New Members

• Click on Import members by uploading an excel document
• Click on the Download Import Template and fill the details in the excel file.
• Click on Browse and upload the file.
• Click on Import Members.

What is the format for importing data?

You can import data from an Excel (.xls) file.

• First column should contain the email addresses for the Community members.
• Following columns should contain data for the profile fields.
• Data in the excel file should correspond with the profile data type.
