IdeaScale Civic Engagement License
IdeaScale offers a free full featured license for all government agencies at the state, local, and federal level. In addition, IdeaScale has signed a Terms Of Service Amendment Agreement with the GSA as a template for engagement with Federal Agencies. If your agency does not already have this executed with IdeaScale we've put a very simple process for doing this:
Send an email to civic@ideascale.com, requesting an upgrade to this license, and include the email address you used to sign up
What features are included in this license?
The IdeaScale Civic Engagement license includes all the features of the corporate license except for the ability to customize the URL.
What are the limitations? Are there any additional charges?
The IdeaScale Civic Engagement license includes the ability to create 2 communities and 10 moderators for free. Each additional community is based on list price ($99/month per community).
Can I delete a previous and create a new one? (to stay within the 2 community limit of the free license)
